Equality & Diversity Policy
We seek to develop a work environment where we treat all employees, and job applicants as individuals, fairly and in a consistent way. This includes Directors and new appointments to the respective Newline Boards. When considering recruitment of new employees and appointments to the Board of Directors, we will consider a number of factors such as gender, age, tenure and race. However the diversity of approach, skills and experience are just as important when taking into consideration the applicant and the appointment. We work within the spirit and the practice of the Equality Act 2010 by promoting a culture of respect and dignity and actively challenging discrimination, should it ever arise so that all individuals are free from discrimination or harassment and in which all decisions are based on merit, diversity of approach, skills and experience.
